Forty years ago today my childhood best friend, Joelle was born and man landed on the moon.

It's amazing to me that I remember her birthday even though I haven't seen her for many, many years. I am sure that I only remember the exact date due to the moon walk, but we had so many great times when we were kids that it could just be the great memories.
Too bad all of the places where we loved to hang out are gone. We are sooo old. I remember fondly spending the night at your place so that we could watch 'R' rated movies on HBO, walking to 8th Ave Grocery for candy and walking to Deseret Gym.
